The Royal Ritual is an independent music project, and your support truly matters. Every order is handled with care and intention.
For that reason, all sales are considered final. That said, if your item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, we’ll absolutely make it right. Please reach out to hello@ishikawamedia.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) some photos to help us resolve things quickly.
Some items are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners or trusted suppliers. Where possible, we’ll combine shipments — but orders may arrive in multiple parcels if they come from different sources.
Shipping times may vary depending on where you are and where the item is coming from. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Refunds and returns are only possible in cases of clear defects or damage during shipping. Because we work with a range of suppliers, each product may have its own return process — so please get in touch at hello@ishikawamedia.com before sending anything back.
We’re unable to offer refunds on:

Photographic evidence of damage is usually required to process a return or replacement.
We’re happy to offer an exchange if an item arrives damaged or defective. In most cases, exchanges are for the same item only, and subject to availability.

If we’ve agreed on a return or exchange, you’ll be given instructions on where to send your item.
